Gersh has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started learning and working in it as a young man and 30 years ago he was encouraged by a mentor and investor to start building custom and spec homes. He takes great pride in every project and makes sure the best quality of work is put into every home.
Terry has been with G. Salisbury & Assoc., Inc. for over 15 years. He grew up in the construction industry and learning the trades from his family. He has a great eye for creativity and has been a huge asset to the company with his ability to design and draft homes, making it possible for us to do our own in house drafting.
